    44 Grafton Street | Worcester

Just sticking that in here since this thread hasn’t been updated in a while. This development is in project purgatory together with a number of other proposals in the city. They may wait for more favorable borrowing conditions and/or construction costs...

MBTA Commuter Rail (Operations, Keolis, & Short Term)

Happy that the H2H express is back, albeit only in the morning.

Logan Airport Flights and Airlines Discussion

JetBlue swapped the Embraer 190 planes with 100 seats to A320s with 162 seats last year, so that may have something to do with the increased capacity at OHR.

Alta on the Row | Mulberry Street | Worcester (Mount Carmel Site)

This project is nearing completion. Ground floor gym, leasing office, lobby are all done, and apartments look close to ready. There is a sizable “resort-style” swimming pool in the enclosed courtyard, maybe I’ll be able to get in once it’s fully opened.

Greendale Redevelopment Initiative - Saint-Gobain Site | Worcester

Saint-Gobain gifted the Worcester Business Development Corporation 55 acres of industrial land in the Greendale neighborhood for redevelopment (and cleanup..). A good amount of industrial building stock has already been torn down, here is a blog with monthly updates...

48 Mason St Affordable Housing | Worcester

This development was supposed to be 100% affordable, meaning all 94 units. This was now changed to the minimum required 15%, which breaks down to 14 affordable units. https://www.wbjournal.com/article/mason-street-multifamily-housing-developers-slash-number-of-proposed-affordable-units

The Revington | 1 Green Island Boulevard | Worcester

A lot of proposed developments in Worcester appear to be in a holding pattern. I expect a mixture of axed, downsized, delayed news this year, with a subset moving ahead as planned. But maybe I’m too pessimistic.
