Would that mean that the condos would be more modest in price then say 45 prov? I wouldn't think people would pay up to live in "the residence at holiday inn", right?
You can make it as "old world" as you want... but for the seaport to turn into a thriving area it's going to have to be more connected to Downtown. The silverline doesn't do much for me.
I think an indoor heated/AC'd bridge from the Seaport District to the Financial District would be nice... Can someone get on this please?

I actually live in the area and think that the recent/upcoming developments are going to help a lot. I'm acutally considering both of the new condo developments (although not all that seriouslly at this point).

How about a gimmick that fits downtown crossing? Instead of a bed you have a box, instead of a snack bar in your room you can buy herion, you pay the guy at the front desk by putting money into his coffee cup, etc etc...
