But I'd still like to see you get a shot of the Spaulding project from the Tobin. Pleaaaase? And some pretty skyline shots toooooo? :rolleyes: :D

It took some time but, I've grudgingly learned to appreciate the pics. Thanks for your diligent effort.

That last pic above is terrific. It shows the tower without the necessity for all the distractions of the spire, the adornments on top and the grids. To me, that spare look is far more interesting and lends power to the historic base.

If you step back to Lincoln St you get a nice view of the stepping down from One Financial, Fed Reserve, Russia Wharf, Intercontinental. My measly camera phone can't capture the effect.

Those Harbor Towers are so beautiful and gracious and light up the skyline so nice.

Indeed. My girlfriend and I were coming out of South Station at 11:50, heading for Fan Pier, and I saw that. Her favorite color is purple, so I pointed it out and she approved of the building. Ahaha

This was the first time I saw Atlantic Wharf at night with my own eyes, and I think it looked great. I think that sometimes the pics make out the top to look brighter than it really is; it is pretty bright but it looks a bit more appropriate with my own eyes.

Also, I had no idea/forgot One Marina lit up at the top. It had some vertical columns of blue light. At least, I think it's One Marina, I saw it from South Station and forgot to look as we got closer.

^It was Fan pier, last nite's light show was nothing compared to what that building can really do! Very lame for new years I've seen it do mutiple colors, moveing lights ect!

Indeed...I've even seen One Lincoln used on the cover of a novel set in Depression-era New York! Maybe it would have worked if not for the reflective plate glass...kinda major publisher fail.
