As I recall, this hotel is going to be owned by New Balance Corporate. While is not unheard of for major corporations to own hotels near or adjacent to their HQs - Oracle owned the San Mateo Marriott prior to their HQ move to Texas - I would doubt if they care to manage the hotel directly. Even if it doesn't fly a major brand flag, I would personally expect it to end up managed by a third party. If not Marriott/Hilton etc, Aimbridge, HHM, Pryamid... Hospitality management is a major industry in of itself, and even companies like Marriott are primarily in the management space - they only own and operate 52 hotels compared to the thousands that say Marriott above the doors.Have they announced if this is going to be a truly independent hotel or part of a larger network?
Material goes into the hoist, up to the appropriate floor, then installed with a spider crane that hangs the curtainwall piece from the floor above. How are they going to lift the facade pieces?

same with me but my work laptop has strict restrictions if pics are linked to non-secure sites. my non-work laptop displays the pics just fine.
Allston yardsI like that blue a lot! Also, is there a thread for the huge developments across from this? It looks from the plan that at least 4 buildings are going over there, wondering what the timeline on those is.
Can't see the photos on either my phone or my laptop, and I'm using Chrome on both. Just another one of those cyber mysteries. The pics looks great. What are you trying to view them on? Phone? I'm on either a desktop or laptop, using either Firefox or Chrome. They always work. You're definitely missing out if you haven't been able to see KZ's aerials!
