Impressive mental gymnastics you did there to make these renders about race. Not everything is about race despite your best efforts to make it that way.
I wasn't trying to split hairs at all. They voluntarily left and were not forced out. They were asked by the city to make improvements that they did not want to make. And then there is the issue of the direct financial ties between the new landlord and Ashkenazy so I am not sure we will end...
So you're not a skier? People fly non-stop to plenty of places from Boston that have terrible weather in the winter. There are so many places to travel to in the summer that I rarely hear of New Englander's going to British Columbia. And Banff and surrounding areas are absolutely gorgeous...
They should try it seasonally for winter and not summer. I know you have some Alaska cruise traffic but I rarely hear about Boston family or friends visiting Vancouver or BC in the summer.
Unless you are connecting in YYZ (or they intend to vastly undercut the prices of Porter's flights to YTZ) I am not sure I understand the target market for these flights.
Boston would be Detroit or Newark if it existed only for people who live within the city limits. Might be the most absurd comment I've read in 18 years on this forum and I have lived both downtown and outside of the city (and lived through the "Rifleman years" on his forum).
I'm not sure "wrapping up" is the term I'd use. I happen to drive by the other day and there is a ton of exterior work left. I'll take the over on "opening spring 2024."
