JetBlue swapped the Embraer 190 planes with 100 seats to A320s with 162 seats last year, so that may have something to do with the increased capacity at OHR.
This project is nearing completion. Ground floor gym, leasing office, lobby are all done, and apartments look close to ready.
There is a sizable “resort-style” swimming pool in the enclosed courtyard, maybe I’ll be able to get in once it’s fully opened.

This development was supposed to be 100% affordable, meaning all 94 units. This was now changed to the minimum required 15%, which breaks down to 14 affordable units.
