Hopefully 380 Stuart can come back revised taller. The plateau over there is really about to get so much worse with the Stanhope hotel and Back Bay garage towers

I could see the Newmarket area, Everett waterfront, and/or South Boston near the convention center all having the potential to transform into Boston‘s version of New York‘s East Williamsburg tbh. Eventually having a good mix of grungy-ish bars, big party/ club venues and near enough to transit
Considering what I’ve seen in atlanta when visiting, with single family homes with high rises taller than this behind them. this honestly doesn’t look super bad to me.
