    Great post, very informative, thank you. Some new developments in Seaport are going down 165' to bedrock which obviously adds complexity and huge costs in an already very expensive market to build. Hence the need to get $2000/sf and more for condos.

    You can't compare union and non-union developments in totally different settings. For comparison, the redevelopment of the Old Colony housing project in South Boston cost approx. $550K per unit, built by Suffolk.

    I think it's just a huge block of nothing jammed on a tiny site. Hopefully, between this and Echelon they can activate the street experience but it's going to be challenging to say the least.

    Just FYI, 150 Seaport developers are building about 50 units of affordable housing in Southie and that is under construction, unusual because most projects don't start off site housing until they have a C/O.

    Beelines photo shows the views that 150 will have all the way down Seaport Blvsd. to FiDi. 150 cantilevers over the existing sidewalk so well clear of 100 Pier 4 for City views.
