I have not. I used those particular places as loose examples of destinations. I figured besides residents using it to get to work or shop, tourists may use it to take in the whole experience of the Mass. Bay area via boat transportation. There certainly are many more places to visit...

I've been in Lynn alot recently and I'm amazed at the amount of undeveloped and underdeveloped land in the city and Especially alone their waterfront. Their rather large downtown has good bones. Some reuse coupled with new construction would be transformative. Access is a problem of course...

Good gravy... So when crossing the channel the tourists only look toward the museum side??? Do you think some may look may look toward the post office and gillette and think "what a lost opportunity" or"this could be so nice if....." I'm sure there's been 1 or 2 tourists that have ventured...

State services building. City hall plaza. Still lacking Sullivan Square. Fort point channel. Both sides. It could be an incredible area. Washington street bridge.

Re: Wynn Everett Casino | Everett May be just talk but a friend who works in the area said he heard Wynn bought the Gateway property and intends to build a golf course. I'm not sure how considering the land is heavily polluted. It coukd be just talk... Anyone here who could verify?

In the early 1900's Chelsea was a place to go and a preferable neighborhood. I grew in East Boston and still love the area. Its Home. I hear ya Beton Brut!! Its not even close to what people make/belie it to be. Its lack of connection, lack of investment of mid to higher income housing...
