    Have we discussed why Massport and the city have not buried the utility lines underground? It's embarrassing. When you have the telephone poles sagging in front of brand new lab buildings, it just looks lousy. Anyone know if there are plans for this?

    Landmarked? One or two of them are okay....the others are just urban filler. The building on the corner is as unremarkable as they come. I will grant you that having a variegated street wall rather than a bland box is preferable.

    I totally agree with everything being said...The aesthetic of hub hall is unappealing in person. It's not terrible, but it doesn't have much soul and the lighting is off. Time Out is a grand and interesting space, but the corporatized signage hurts the overall chemistry of the place in the same...

    I tend to think the offset windows are a mistake here as they interrupt the vertical fluting pattern. Maintaining a consistent line would have given the building a more elegant feeling and emphasized height rather than the girth of the building.
