    Sheraton was HQ'd in Boston until it was acquired by one of the hotel conglomerates. The HQ was at 60 State Street.

    Name change to Ruggles/Northeastern perhaps? Maybe Northeastern will maintain the station: cleaning etc. so it will not look like a typically scuzzy T station.

    I would have expected StuVi III to be built before the Warren Towers renovation. BU will be eliminating 600 beds each year for three years. Do they have a surplus of housing now?

    Likely the buyer had to agree to that or no sale. Maybe before the 90 years is up some court will rule the deed restriction invalid.
