Unlikely, but I really hope they put a quiet little bar in the bottom of this place.

i like, no love this building.

i'm curious as to when it was converted from offices to apartments.

When Carol Parks built the W, she signed an agreement with the Bay Village Neighborhood Association that limited potential development on that site so it may be a while before anything goes there.
 
^^^Thanks! Having some nice neighborhood style ground floor retail and a few floors of residential above would do so much for that stretch. Maybe someday.
