I like it a lot! Color selection was key. Sits more in the background but adds some class.
 
one of the few examples that I have seen that the "plop a hat on top" trick actually looks amazing. Almost looks likes its always been there
 
The massing is great but it would look better clad in brick
 
The only thing I wish they'd done differently is put actual fan lights in those arched windows on the second floor.

Based on how close the tops of the arched windows are to the third floor windows, I wonder if these aren't faux decorative arches -- basically not leading to living space behind, but to interfloor beam work.

Yes. With real fanlights, you'd see a lot of shoes.

Like it except for that vinyl gutter looking main cornice.
