Majora Carter, the founder and director of Sustainable South Bronx (and recipient of a MacArthur ?genius grant?) describes efforts to mobilize grassroots environmental activism among New York City?s poorest and most environmentally oppressed citizens and the challenges and opportunities inherent in building sustainable cities.

This presentation will be held in Rabb Hall of the Copley Boston Public Library.
 
Shit, I really wish I could see this. I really recommend it to anyone in the area.
