Fenway Center (One Kenmore) | Turnpike Parcel 7, Beacon Street | Fenway

From this angle, this development looks very similiar to Parcel K in the Seaport. Same architect?

I believe this is TAT.

I believe Parcel K is Arrowstreet.

Should not surprise you that they are similar. They have similar criteria.

Awesome. I didnt realize phase one would be so damn impactful by itself. The way the shorter building next to it fades into the trees really makes it look like a continuous street wall where the only break is for the bridge where you then get the iconic glimpse of one Dalton coming into view as you round the corner.

Indeed, this crowds the Pike in such a pleasing way. Check out the reticulation on that guy!

Agreed! I haven't been down the Pike since probably February and was totally caught off guard by just how much of a presence this one has. Was I not trying to get a shot of the Four Seasons I wouldn't have even had my camera out in the first place.

Great pic, thanks, and glad to see this appears to be taken from the passenger seat. Last weekend I was driving right through here and some dude with a Jersey license plate had basically stopped in the middle lane to take a picture. The Pike wasn't crowded, but that was the problem, as he almost got hit by several people going 70+mph

Anyone have any insight about the possible, eventual construction of the Main Air Right's tower?
