I'm unilaterally recreating the Arch Boston awards.

My first nomination: Zinc apartment building in Cambridge (22 Water Street)

Oh that apartment building in Boston landing, blanking on the name.

Massport Multimodal Transportation Center

That thing on Salem Street with the 50s style ring / bubble motif on the iron balcony railing

I clicked on this thinking it was the “best of” thread and thought you guys had lost your damn minds.

Mildly surprised no one has nominated 45 Stuart Street. As a reminder, it looks like a box of wet cardboard that was crudely decapitated.

It doesn't look so bad next to the Kensington.

The Goodwin Proctor box of doom, the most soulless of the Seaport boxes.

Kensington
Yotel
22 Liberty Drive
East Village (NU)
30 Dalton Street
888 Boylston Street
Sephora (Quincy Market)
Waterside Place

Zinc, for sure.

Also worth noting I feel like this building is way oversized. Never looks close to full at night when lights are on (or off for that matter).

Plus the floorplans are named after inventors :(

That blue thing on Mass ave between Harvard and Central. I looked for a while and couldn't find a photo. Anyone else hate it enough to help me find one?

EDIT: Streetview ftw:
