That's actually the visual mock-up from Millennium Place. It's been kicking around there for years for some reason.

Thanks for the info. I was not sure to which project this was linked. The Marine Industrial Park seems to be a dumping ground for these samplers recently. I have also noticed some samplers over by the Cruiseport Cell Parking lot. Would you know to which project(s) they belong.
