Fixed the underscore. I have his permission to repost the picture here and all he said to do was credit him and thats whats done. If youd like Ill screenshot the message and PM it to you.

I apologize for assuming you did not have permission, though I still don't understand your aversion to linking directly to the image as this would benefit both the photographer and the members of this forum. I'll drop this now but I hope you reconsider.
 
Alewife area's recent development north of the Fitchburg line: the only contributors to any height diversity in this tightly packed monolith are the Soviet Rindge Towers on the right and a 1980's office building on the left. I don't get why the uniform height has happened.

It's uniform because they're all 5 over 1, right? That's the cheapest way to build generic new apartments....

Nice ^ Back in the 50's and 60's, the thinking would have been: this should all be torn down and replaced with superblocks. Thankfully, urban vitality of this pedestrian scale is now appreciated.
 
Very nice photo.
I wish Boston had more blocks that looked like that.
