Smallest economy car yet heads for US market

Looks like they took a BMW C1 executive motor scooter (they have a roof and look like something out of the 5th Element) and completed enclosed the cab. Again, great for local traffic but it could never go on a highway and they would be deathtraps if ever hit by anything too heavy.
 
If it really has a top speed of 84 mph, it should do fine on highways. The only question is what the acceleration and hill-climbing are like.
