I am curious as to what makes people here urban minded. Choose as many that fits your reasons.
 
I would add a political element to my interest - i think that living in suburbs and in cars isolates people from each other, which enhances feelings of mutual suspicion and distrust while obscuring our ineluctable social and economic interdependence, which leads people to make sub-optimal political choices and to be generally depressed and angry.

So add that to all of the other items, which i also voted for...
 
I will add that. I am glad to see that environmental is at the top.
