There are some good quality videos that people have posted on Youtube showing their Encore room/views out of the windows of the skyline. (Awesome views!) A few were posted on opening day. Some did it to be able to say they were the first person to ever check into their room. (Does that qualify for their "15 minutes of fame"?) 8)

This is a strange thread that I don't believe belongs on its own, but I'm struggling with how to moderate it.

Would it be weird to have an "Existing Hotel Amenities" thread in this forum?

Why not merge it with the existing Encore Boston Harbor thread? Many other hotel/condo/office/apartment threads have interior shots of amenity spaces, rooms, etc. Some of today's postings at the Education First Building have interior shots which I think are perfectly appropriate to include in a thread.

Per the title, the thread is actually about skyline/views FROM Encore and not OF Encore itself, so I didn't want to merge it with Encore. The skyline thread is probably where this belongs.

Shmessy has made it about views of the rooms instead of views from the rooms. Given the OP did not post any links or images, I guess we'll stick with this theme and call this thread done.

Suggestion to DD:

Maybe change the thread name to "Boston Area Hotel Amenities & Views"

Actually I could care less about the inside of those rooms - - I love seeing the views from a vantage point not usually seen. I was just trying to help out with the unlinked videos the OP was referencing.....

DD, whatever you decide is fine with me! :)
