It’s not lol…that neighborhood is all multi family units…mostly 2-3 each. It would be newsworthy if someone built a modern version of 100 Lexington st. I got this update from BLDUP today and was so confused.
So painfully obvious…eliminating parking minimums would go a long way. Instead the state wants the suburbs to build dense bc they have commuter trains that show up once an hour at peak intervals.
Back to hull tho…allerton hill is cool but it’s too far in. As soon as traction starts for thoughtful development of the HRA land it’s game over. The hull ferry should be moved as well…behind red sky maybe.
Relax, the midwood development is on the corner of bromfield st. Btw If chipotle has a shadow on it for an extra 8 minutes in December I think we’ll survive.
