    PLAN: Downtown

So true…downtown is so underutilized and frankly slummy even with all the connections/transit/good bones. It should be an awesome place to live work play. Hopefully this gets the ball rolling.

    Belmont Developments

Wow so many bikes…no one ever rode a bike to high school when I went.

    Martha's Vineyard vs Nantucket

Edgar town is great…so is Nantucket. Both are outrageous price wise.

    Hull infill and small developments

Great news! Hope they do well. Hull needs more restaurants for sure. Salty days taking over old bistro space in the shipyard.

    The New Residential Conversion Thread

Agree this would be really cool…just need to relocate the pigeons.

    The New Residential Conversion Thread

Wow 80 units at 15 court sq…I think this one will be transformative for the area. PI alley feels really sketchy even during the day without foot traffic. 15 court sq

Pier 5 Redevelopment | Navy Yard | Charlestown

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Cool video…hope these units get occupied quicker than I’m anticipating…which is extremely slowly. Which gets occupied quicker the residences or the office space ? lol

Food Hall | Union Station | Providence

Lots of negative comments on the article. I think this sounds awesome. What’s the latest in the Superman building ? Any activity ?

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Agree…great location for an office or even a hotel. Luxury residential nor so much. Also liked the original rendering better…all I see is the middle finger here.

    Belmont Developments

It’s not lol…that neighborhood is all multi family units…mostly 2-3 each. It would be newsworthy if someone built a modern version of 100 Lexington st. I got this update from BLDUP today and was so confused.

South Station Tower | South Station Air Rights | Downtown

Wow I guess it’s topped off now? How tall is this thing? Wikipedia says 677’

    Downtown post COVID

So painfully obvious…eliminating parking minimums would go a long way. Instead the state wants the suburbs to build dense bc they have commuter trains that show up once an hour at peak intervals.
