So true…downtown is so underutilized and frankly slummy even with all the connections/transit/good bones. It should be an awesome place to live work play. Hopefully this gets the ball rolling.
Wow 80 units at 15 court sq…I think this one will be transformative for the area. PI alley feels really sketchy even during the day without foot traffic. 15 court sq

It’s not lol…that neighborhood is all multi family units…mostly 2-3 each. It would be newsworthy if someone built a modern version of 100 Lexington st. I got this update from BLDUP today and was so confused.
So painfully obvious…eliminating parking minimums would go a long way. Instead the state wants the suburbs to build dense bc they have commuter trains that show up once an hour at peak intervals.
