Noticed some people working on the tracks along the bypass road. Also looks like they are building some sort of platform/station at the intersection of Bypass/Cyprus. Any idea what this is going to be for?

An easier solution would be to reverse the traffic flow on Stuart. Boylston turns into Essex and provides flow from Back Bay through Downtown to South Station. Kneeland/Stuart flows in both directions up to Charles, until it pushes everyone traveling west onto Charles and from which they need to...

My husband works for the Pine Street Inn -- that comment is just plain ignorant given what they do for the community.

Just walked by this. The facade is definitely reading more orange than bronze. Clashes with the off-white/beige of the first floor.

That garage is going to double in size. They only built half of it during Phase I.

Boston Properties found an anchor for 20 City Point. Broke ground a few weeks ago. Essentially Phase II of that parcel -- based on what I have seen, will aesthetically match the building next door.

Have to agree with Rover. If you are able to look beyond the realm of 'downtown' housing does become more affordable -- you don't even need to leave city limits (Hyde Park, Mattapan)

I'm shocked by how many people think that the seaport is this isolated community that you can only access via car. Legit - take a walk over the channel. You'd be surprised how close it is to downtown, south station, and much more. Just because there isn't a T stop on every other corner doesn't...
