Good news and would love to see this finally U/C. The LOI was filed in 2019, and pandemic notwithstanding, it still sucks that 6 years later for a modest multifamily development this hasn't broken ground!
Funny enough I actually went running along the stretch the next morning and the river definitely is more narrow there than I thought. The shoreline definitely doesn't look like that though!
The price points for the remaining units here are actually surprisingly low? There's a 2BR/1BA on the market for $525K, and it includes a balcony. This is a pretty good location, within 5-10 minute walk of the Columbus Ave busway, the Orange Line, and Franklin Park.
The rendering of the Charles really bugs me here. It looks far too narrow for where the perspective is taken from, and the Cambridge side of the river bank doesn't have grassy seating areas like that.
