Finally made it out to Ipswich to check out Little Wolf Coffee Roasters--easily one of the top 3 pourovers I've had in the Boston metro, though at $10 it certainly wasn't cheap! Their specialty drinks are really interesting too. Worth a trip to Ipswich just for this if you are a coffee fan...

The cherry blossoms on the Volpe site are back and look better than ever. Love the touch of planting cherry blossoms on federal property as a nod to DC!

St. Pete is a gem. Much better urbanism than its larger neighbor across the bay (Tampa). Pound for pound, maybe the best urbanism of any large city in Florida (not that it's a high bar).

Was gonna say, would have been perfect to do it in conjunction with revamping Copley Square. Huge missed opportunity.

Honestly sounds lit. Can't wait to check it out!

Pretty sure it is open, there are just no tenants leased in the office portion yet. I believe people have started moving into the small residential portion on the lower floors.
