Are there any programs out right now that have incentives to redevelop underutilized suburban office parks? Every time I drive around the greater Boston area i see hundreds of these office parks sitting empty...

I dunno if it's just me, but it literally looks the same as before besides some newer looking hardscapes...

From my visit to Chicago. Haven't been here in almost 15 years but I'm definitely impressed. Very clean, solid public transport options, great food scene, friendly people, great urban feel and impressive architecture. Boston could definitely learn a thing or two from Chicago.

La Paloma was average at best. Same with Acapulcos. East Boston has much better Mexican spots.
