I still don't understand why the city or state would turn down private development money to help mitigate flooding issues especially the aquarium. The proposals for the towers had a lot of money earmarked for flood mitigation efforts.
Would really like to see Boston approach 1 million. Would result in increased ridership on the T, more taxes from the additional residential and it would help the pockets of the city that sometimes feel like ghost towns.
Exactly. My comment wasn't a shot at Bain or any other company but like SM89 said, it's about publicly accessible space particularly rooftop access. It's something NYC does extremely well but Boston does soo poorly.
Much needed housing along Morrissey. Unfortunately, I would not wanna open my windows if I lived there and inhaled all of those fine particulates being given off from the cars on 93. Regardless, I hope the build more housing and that eventually leads to a T Stop.
