On a minor note, the renovation and redesign of the Mugar Library lobby is excellent. Really a great place to gather and work now.

Re: New BU Tower Another thing working against UMass Boston is that, unlike Northeastern, BU, and Suffolk, it's in a part of Boston that most people decidedly do NOT want to be in.

In good news: The Frenetti's crappy sandwich place has been replaced by a chain-style Taqueria and Mexican takeout place. They specializes in tortas. I had one and it was pretty darn good.

Re: New BU Tower I teach in CAS, which almost all students take courses in. SMG is the hot place to be right now, because it's the only building on campus that isn't a crumbling ruin other than the FitRec and Agannis.
