This building is sooooo far into the Seaport. Hard to imagine there being robust interest in subletting this building.

Interestingly the sampler looks a lot like the building further down in the Seaport at the corner of Harbor St and Channel St.

I think I saw it changing colors as I drove out of the Seaport last night. Nice addition to that previously dark stretch.

Agreed, and looking forward to that section of the harborwalk opening even if it is before they finish the inside. At this point, I assume it won't be before the Spring.

The metal panels on the lower floor balconies were placeholders until the glass was installed. All balconies now have glass.

The article incorrectly indicates that there is a LifeTime Fitness at Dedham Legacy Place. It is over at University Station in Westwood, not at Legacy Place in Dedham.
