From the LOI, it sounds like this will take the BSC portion of the lot as well - hopefully! Likely not a stretch the give them a few spots in the building's parking lot if that's part of it. Lived down on Brainerd as well - definitely prime for development right here.

Got a notice today that steel is getting delivered and will start going up next week - core has risen about 7 stories in the past few weeks.

Crane's been busy, even in the snow. Been interesting to watch after moving in with this view.
