I asked this in another thread…is the 25 story residential tower across the street at capacity?

The Union Sq tower got brought up in the thread…I’ve been curious for a while - is that at capacity? There’s still vacant retail around it.

It’s looking great. I too was wondering why it was dragging along. Is there going to be retail/cafe on ground fl? Would be tons of foot traffic being that it directly abuts the community path.
