Wow, that’s lame - the graffiti. It’s so weirdly specific about the grey paint.

Very fair - definitely closer to Inman Sq than Union. But yes technically a Somerville address. And also - there’s actually no ‘Inman Square Infill’ thread here are AB. But here we are chatting about it on the Union Sq thread! ;)

Finally some action on this property. Across street from Greentown Labs along Somerville Ave. Looked like a sidewalk auction happening today. It’s been sitting half-started for 5 years or more.

New trees and walkway are looking good .

The four new apartments along Prospect. Very intense materials. I’d wager this one also has glossy black toilets. Well this is one way to put up steel Funny this one calls itself One Inman Square - whatever that is. but it’s definitely a Somerville address. It does look halfway decent tho.

1826/40 Massachusetts Ave - across the street from Porter Sq. “100 affordable homes in a pair of buildings, there could be a park, community room and retail center to replace two underused parking lots near Porter Square.” Not even affordable and transit oriented housing by a non profit...
