    Yep 59 Bow is going up. Also - I forgot the developer for this project (guy in the video above) the Vidal Sassoon heir, Elan. His buildings are a nice addition to Union. Now I just hope he can get the retail leased.

    Finally got to see this at night. Everything bad I ever said about i take back. ;) can’t wait to see people in it and about it. I heard they’re considering getting a public cafe/rest on the Mass Ave end entry.

    Yeah I was wondering too about those rusted metal beams and corrugated panels dripping rusty water onto the sidewalks below. However I do actually like the glossy black tile. They really committed on the bold materials.
