This development would have made a lot more sense as a 50 story residential with the store at the bottom. It's a waste of prime real estate! With that said I have been inhabiting other locations of this store over the last couple years. I bought my son a football and basketball, my daughter a...

    Patriot Place | Foxboro

I drove by this yesterday and saw the new lighthouse for the first time. No pics but it was among the cheapest looking pieces of crap I have ever seen. From a distance I thought it was a 2nd one of these that you can see by the stadium...

Ok yeah, I remember you. The first 2 locations are already much more traversed outside normal work hours. One is attached to the 2nd biggest train station in New England and the other is right near Fenway. Whatever this is trying to be, it's not the same thing as what Bow Market is trying to...

You joined Archboston on 12/29/2022. We would have had the news about the Connector by 2018/2019. The downgrade from the Great Hall to the Connector was a deflating moment, and I'd argue THE deflating moment. But we've had 5 years to realign our expectations, and whether or not it ultimately...

I don't remember people still being "excited" by the time this was turned into the Connector. They were excited for the observation deck which didn't happen. They were excited for the Great Hall which didn't happen. But the Connector? It's meeting our expectations of being nothing special...

They can literally do that less than 100' away at 75-101 Federal, which has been available as a public cut-through for at least the last 20 years. https://www.google.com/maps/@42.3549861,-71.0564146,3a,90y,246.53h,92.97t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sSZAlUBu97yuXv_eckmtwfg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu If...

Change the word "brings" to "will bring" and it would buy them a little bit of time. I still contend that the usage will improve once the park is open, and then over the next few months as people start to adjust their habits and put this spot into their regular rotations.

Honest question, are all the food options open in Winthrop yet? How many are there supposed to be? High Street Place has been fully open for a while with half a dozen vendors and regular events. For instance, here's the immediacy: So are we comparing a fully open food hall with an...

If you remove the "90's shopping mall" steel arches, then fill the place with furniture and take a picture without people around, it's pretty close to that original proposal. The crowds themselves with depend a lot on the day, time, and weather, but should improve somewhat once the park is open.
