I realize this is for an old meeting, but did anybody else notice the extraordinary dishonesty of showing 7 stories for a 6 story project? They even list it as 6 stories in the lower right so there's no excuses.

Somehow they mixed it with Portland Oregon. There's also Portland State University and the US Bancorp Tower. There's also 2 airports! One is on either side of the skyline at the top of the photo! Imagine how much stricter the height limits would be... Let's also make sure we don't gloss...

Wow! This proposal will actually be around 200' based on the current render. Roof is listed at 419'. Ground floor west at 227.8' but that corner goes further down so rounding it down to 227'. 419'-227' = 192', and then there's that mechanical box on top that should push it to right about...

The render you posted was a prior project completion called "Finch Cambridge" that's located on Concord Ave. I don't think 28-30 Wendell has any renders available yet.
