Will the rest of the project commence once One Congress is complete? What's the timeline for the second residential tower and all the smaller buildings?
I agree with DZ on this one. I think a mixed used project will be best for this area, in part because of our housing shortage but also because I think downtown becoming more 24/7 is best for the community and the city. I think something 600+ in height makes sense, so a 4th iteration is best.
Does anybody know if the parking lot across the street from this building is owned by a developer? I feel like it is the perfect spot for a tall, skinny residential tower.
