Re: NorthPoint Cambridge (The one that was train yards, the big plan.) During the Sierra+Tango meeting yesterday, they mentioned Archstone will begin construction on the empty lot at NorthPoint sometime in 2014.

Re: NorthPoint Cambridge (The one that was train yards, the big plan.) I think this is a terrible use of a run-down building. Who would want to pay that much money to live in a tiny apartment? They should've demolished the building and built a taller high-rise rental building.

Re: One Greenway - Chinatown Parcel 24 Are they still planning on the entire line of buildings or only the tall one? And are they turning the 4-way intersection into a 3-way, blocking off Kneeland?
