Re: The Victor Street is a loss?? This is urbanism.. If you want retail on the front side, you need loading docks. If you provide parking you need a parking entrance. And the mbta isn't going anywhere. Alleys are pretty normal, this one could be worse.

Re: Residences at Kensington Perhaps, but the Kensington has several more floors. That particular view isn't the money shot anyway - I had more photos of the (better) views toward the Common and the Charles, but they didn't come out so good.
