Would love to see the numbers on what it took to tear down the parking garage that was already there, build the bridge over the tracks, all the takings those required, plus these new ones, only to build another paring garage on the same footprint. Talk about a losing bet.

Has anything ever been tossed out regarding the unused land north of the 95 interchange in Canton? The reconstruction project seems long since dormant, and if it could act as a connector between all of the development over on University Ave with Royall St in Canton it would open the area up...

The majority of that particular stretch from N. Station to Community College is a tunnel, and when it opens up in Charlestown it's fenced in tightly on either side. Would love to see where the room to store discarded rails is there.

That last parking lot on Rutherford before the Tobin on/offramps is a plot, the views they'll get out of that parcel if/when it's developed will be some of the best in the city
