It's so interesting how they are building the concourse arches. Some are structurally "real", and some are fake. I would have never guessed this.

Interiors look really nice. I wonder how much was recycled from Lord & Taylor? I was only in Lord & Taylor a few times, but I don't remember those high clerestory windows. Plus, the exposed steel beams with fireproofing look new here.

I never knew the name of the alley/street either until I went to Google: The street is Milton Place, but I'm not sure the plaza has an official name.

Did they punt on that outside column? It was wrapped and then removed, and now this seems like a tepid design response. Do you think it's final?

I know it's preliminary, but you would think a little creative design would go a LONG way for people to get excited about this and onboard with the concept.
