Any idea what the passenger capacity will be on a single Type 10 vs the current two-car Type 7/8 hybrids they run now? Also, if they were to run two Type 10s in tandem, would they be able to do it with a single operator?

Aren’t these two parcels adjacent to the Amazon buildings slated to be residential? Crazy that two large office buildings couid be constructed and funded at this site over the past 10 years, but residential is stalled?!

Not a huge development, but walked by the site Sunday and it appears the wood coverings around the steel stumps has been removed.
