I wish the buildings were a little less squat and square, but I like that these lots could finally be filled in. I won't hold my breath on the project actually getting done, let alone getting done in any way close to that rendering :rolleyes:

This was in the Press Herald a couple days ago. I was looking at that site a couple weeks ago and thinking it was in need of some development, so I hope this works out.

I'm hoping to get down and visit Providence so I can get a feel for what it is like compared to Portland. Especially after these posts! On a side note, 20% of students at USM are actually out of staters :D

Drove by that new housing thing at SMMC...it looks really great even though it is still only plywood and such...liking it so far though.
