According to a post in Facebook - they have completed the schematic designs, and are now working on interior and engineering design.
This plot on 523-531 Second St had been cleared for a few months now - Same developer that had delivered 16 Laurel St in 2020 aiming to build a 3 story, 9 unit residential building.
