Old Port Square (née Canal Plaza) | Portland

I wouldn't put too much stock into reactions on social media, PPH comments, or the Portland subreddit. I don't think I've ever seen a positive reaction to any proposal in those places. That said, I quite like the design and I hope they are able to get it built.

89 Elm Street | Port Properties Bayside Phase 1A | Portland

It's two different buildings, 89 Elm isn't next to the garage, but the other building is. (60 Elm?)

This lot was recently rezoned to TOD-1, not sure what the height limits would be.

Portland, ME - New Construction Continued

I think so. I'm not sure what they do on Washington Ave but I think they want to consolidate all the administrative stuff to the main site on Veranda.\ In other news, I noticed the recently closed Dunkin Donuts lot at Woodfords corner is for sale...

    Portland's Franklin Street redesign

Yeah that has to be an old estimate from like 20 years ago, I have to imagine it would be much more than that now.

Old Port Square (née Canal Plaza) | Portland

I like it as well. The first tall building in an area will always stick out a bit, at first. We'll just have to add in some more so it doesn't stick out so much ;) After all, these downtown parcels were re-zoned with increased height limits for a reason!

    Westbrook, ME

Yeah, it's pretty bad. Whats with the large parking lot in the middle that isn't even connected to anything? Maybe there will be trails so you can walk to the other parking lots?
