Results of a recent GPCOG survey on roundabouts

Renderings that are currently up on the Redfern website. I think this is going to be a great looking building, but I'm wondering why the lower part of some of the windows appears to be metal?

MECA&D is looking to restore the ground level Congress St facade, which I think could be a good thing if done right. Do any of you know when the existing canopy was added? Any photos of what it looked like prior?
