Found this on LinkedIn this morning. Greg West Photography, I'm going to follow him, great work!

Permitted hotel for sale | 188 High St | Downtown

Cedarwood are real developers, so it sounds like this will actually get built.

The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

Spectacular execution and materials! Harborwalk finishes are superb.

10 World Trade | BGI Office Tower (Massport Parcel A2) | Seaport

Impressive, I thought this would have been VE'd to death by now!

Commonwealth Pier Revitalization (née Seaport WTC)| 200 Seaport Boulevard | Seaport

What a view! Love that runway! St. Regis I assume?

Boynton Gateway | 495 Columbia Street | Somerville

True, but it's not always in the developers power to make these decisions. I know of a recent development where they wanted to bury these lines but the utility refused; reason being that if they did bury the lines they would have to be fed from a different location/transformer due to updated...

One Harbor Shore Dr. | Fan Pier Parcel H | 1 Harbor Shore Drive | Seaport

From the previous filing for this parcel: "Dedication of Parcel H to all residential use would result in either approximately 155-170 units in an all condominium program, or approximately 225-245 units in an all rental apartment program."

Eli Lilly IGM | 15 Necco Street | Fort Point

YES! But with height and density!

One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion | Financial District

It looks like the floodlight from the Langham Hotel is lighting right to the top of this building. I agree, looks cool!

One Post Office Square Makeover and Expansion | Financial District

I would say the last 3 years have been unprecedented, so fair play to the developer for completing this, so much better than what Hines did with the hole in the ground at Filenes for example.

Foundation Medicine (Parcel P) | 400 Summer Street | Seaport

I'd imagine the curtain wall is already loaded on to the lower floors and then they'll use a mini rig like this to install:

Amazon Office II/SeaPAC | 1 Boston Wharf Rd. (Seaport Sq Parcel L5) | Seaport

This one really maxed out it's footprint on Congress St. and Boston Wharf Rd., is this a good thing from an urban planning perspective??
