The Quinn (née The Berkeley) | 370-380 Harrison Ave | South End

Palindrome -- When you look at the edges where they are exposed -- it looks like prefab "brick panels" [resolution is not really sufficient to be conclusive] Does anybody know for sure what they are using?

Looks great still. Lovejoy Wharf was precast too and it came out phenominal.

The view down Harrison capturing part of the existing streetwall shows off how great this is going to look. It will really blend in nicely!

Both a nice sense of enclosure and continuity of street wall.
Totally. Now they need to ban parking on Harrison. I like to bike on it since it's narrow and seemingly keeps cars driving more slowly, but it would be much better without the dooring risk.

This is going to be a really nice addition to the streetwall on Harrison and E. Berkeley.

Curious, has anyone figured out the source of the name "The Quinn" -- is there a local reference I'm missing, or is it just developer marketing?

JeffD -- I'm guessing the latter

Unfortunate -- if they's called it "Quint" they could have tied into the "Jaw" theme 🙃

The Quinn is built on the former site of the Quinzani Bakery.
