The color choice makes it feel heavier than it is. Accenting with something brighter than the orange might help.

p.s., sorry don't have the necessary resolution to show brickwork detail, but the aforementioned gaps seem to have been dealt with decently. Brickwork looks good overall in person.

I don't know why we can just have consistent regular windows. Architects keep trying to make a "statement" by throwing in some asymmetry or random panels. It's really not necessary.

I do like the overall look though. The color and the brickwork is really nice.
 
Ditto. Love the bricks. Hate the random window inserts. (Why? Why?)
 
I guess I'm in the minority, but to me this building looks awful in person. Doesn't complement the area and the bricks look...bad.

This is one of VERY FEW uses of "random windows" that I do kind of actually like. 😳
 
I like the lines of the building, and the massing too, but the inserts are distracting and their color unflattering.
 
The gray and the bulk combine to make the whole thing look foreboding.
