The Parker Boston (nee LaGrange Tower) | 47-55 LaGrange St. | Downtown

With actual cladding going up, this looks like something of a dark horse in the market. I mean that in a good way though. If I had money and didn't want to show it, this might be the place to "live" in Boston. The location is so gnarly. I think I'm in love.

I agree about the location. You are a 5 minute walk or less from the Back Bay, Financial District, waterfront and Chinatown.

Would it have killed them to have used some curved glass in the corners?

The broken up curve is not the most elegant solution. I imagine it was a VE decision, so it likely would've killed the developer if the windows were curved instead of broken up...

The dog isn't impressed apparently

Really liking the sleek, dark façade on a narrow lot and street -- very London-esque.
