Does anyone know which courts will be based here? Particularly curious if Cambridge District Court will be moving out of Medford and into this building.

Zero courts, unless they install a squash court in the fitness center. The state sold this building to a private developer who is converting it to residential and offices. It's entirely non-Gov at this point.
