Nice to see some development in pawtucket. Looking around what should be the downtown core near the station theres a billion parking lots. It has good bones, theres a ton of potential, it just hasnt been utilized. It seems that for the last few decades until recently they just completely forgot that they can build new stuff, theres really nothing that stands out as being new. Nice to see that start to change.
