You walk out of Boston's esteemed art museum and within two blocks you're in a completely dead suburban subdivision. Embarrassing.the aesthetics do give off a subsidized housing vibe, the got rid of barrack style project years ago and transformed to this townhome style which is not commonly found in Boston aside from public housing. Admittedly the residents probably enjoy the new iteration but it still looks out of place.

Lol.. Was thinking the same. It's not like it's hiding mechanics. But apparently, it's going to be lit up (backlit), so I'm wondering if it's somewhat transparent (glass) and just looks like a frosted muffin top in the drawing. That's a very tasteful and well-synched up addition .......aside from the assinine cheap looking white frosting crown. Wipe that shit off (or change the color, texture or look of that crown) and you have a great project.
.
It would make sense to be lit up if it was the roof top gym space with Kawneer panels or something, but from the looks of the plans its just mech space (with the gym just below).Lol..
