Railroad Square is bringing a bunch of housing units to Yarmouth’s Downtown. Right on the rail corridor that I still believe could be a viable tram/light rail project for greater Portland. Union Station->streetcar stops on Commercial->Roux Institute/East Deering->Falmouth->Cumberland->Yarmouth (ending right at this old station site)… someday! Glad to see they are loading up this rail/I295 corridor- very nice plan here.

Certainly going to be an improvement compared to what sits there now.
