A contractor “impacted” a pressurized water supply line at South Station Thursday, causing water to pour into the station, the MBTA said. The incident was caused by a maintenance contractor who was working above the “exterior concourse of South Station,” an MBTA spokeswoman said by email.
Video of the incident shows water pouring from a light fixture in the ceiling of the soaring new concourse at South Station.
 
I really like this angle. I think it came off as weird for awhile, because we were so used to the previous rendering that was out there for about 10 years.
 
The weirdest side and also the most interesting side. The wide sides are already background noise for me.

So I took this picture Wednesday and my comment was definitely influenced by this perspective. My brain misfired and thought "oh there's the John Hancock" but quickly corrected itself and realized oh nope, that's just the fat, featureless side of SST.
