I think you mean the one story manufacturing building next to the new tower that just went up? 250 Binney? That is a Thermo facility now but years ago Biogen did own the building. I think that part of the two-tower plan is still in limbo.

That one is still in limbo due to lease issues with Thermo but as a result BXP proposed moving the square footage approved at 250 Binney to a taller 105 Broadway

That was somehow already over 11 years ago! Time flies. With a 2028 move-in that gives them a pretty respectable 15 year tenure on Binney
